Trying to prove a point.

My friend is arguing with me that feeding plecos fruits and veggies isn't good for them as they have no nutrition. However I argue that they are healthy as a varied diet is good.

Now I want to hear from you guys what you think. I don't need a vast explanation, I just need a yes or no. Finding that we are all pleco owners here I figured here would be best to ask.
