I just cycled my tank but before I purchase the RBP I want to get another feeder tank going. What size tank would be ideal for my feeders? Also, what would be ideal fish to breed as feeders for my rbp?

My tank is 55 gallons.

You never mention the size of the natts but, I would say go with convicts as your feeders. Breed them in a 20 gallon and give them the babies at an appropriate size.. or small guppies, seeing as Im using them to rear my ATF onto bloodworms.

when doing a breeders tank, 20 gallons is a good size and should there be any gravel or plants in there? How easy are convicts to breed? How many convicts do i need to be successful at breeding and how many do they have at a time?

setup like a regular tank.. put 1 male with 2 females and let them pair up.. they have quite a few babys everytime they spawn which may be ever 3 or 4 weeks.. you can also get your natts to eat pellets and bloodworms and skip feeding them live all together
