Tsn alot more active

Hi just wondering last days my tsn has been really active ! and its fun too see that he doesnt just lay flat until its dark. any special reason why he started getting active ? its about 20 cm big right now. picked him up to watch him and throwed him down again but i dont know if this could be the reason.:nilly:
 
usually Young TSN's are pretty chill and jsut hang out in one place for hours on end and only become "active" when hunting...(IE Hungry)

What do you mean you "picked him up to watch him and throwed him down again "???


Sounds like someone's going to get Johnny blazed here in a minute if it means what it sounded like
 
lol nah i just catch him wanted to see how it looked for real ^^ but he was pretty active before it too so i dont know, doubt hes that hungry since he got some shrimps like yesterday! gonna throw in some goldfish feeders today tho for him and the Snakehead , wel see if he got the balls to take em out in daylight :)
 
? bad thing? i didnt know that! never heard it before acutally. where did u get that from?
 
Putting feeders in straight from the store is very bad, they uasally carey lots of parasites and are not very nutricous for the fish. what you should do is quarantine the feeders for a week and feed them a high qualitity flake food. This makes them more nutricious and gives you a chance to get rid of the ones that dont look so good.
 
Okay . seems the goldfish is abit to big for the tsn tho O_o any1 know how big fish a 20 cm tsn can get in hes mouth?
