TSN broken Fin

Hey guys, got a issue that ticks me off.

yesterday avo my cousin helped me to move my tsn (40cms) into my larger tank, but the tsn got his side fins stuck and my cousins first reaction was to yank it out!

In doing so, he broke its right side fin out of place, u can see the bone and u can see the blood. I prefer not posting a picture up as it hurts me everytime i see the fish.

What can i do about this?

Also, it seems like his skin is peeling off, so i want to move him into a hospital tank to treat it.. but i dont want to put stress on that fin again.... advice?

Melafix will help.

I've been using Melafix for all my physically damaged fish for a long time now and it does help.

You'll probably need it more urgently so LFS, but I get my stuff from ageofaquariums and they do have a competitive price for melafix.

i got advice from others that i should just cut off the fin.. and let it grow back...

do u think melafix would help the fin re-attach to the body?

dont worry nature has ways of repairing itself. my TSN has been thru much deeper cuts and damage than that.
