Can a tsn live with a fire eel or will the eel end up being eaten? What about clown knives, a silver aro,tinfoil barbs,pangasius catfish, orange pike cichlids, Senegal bichir, clown loaches, sun catfish? What is the smallest size of fish you would keep a tsn with?

i would say it all depends on size!
tiger shovel nose growes alot bigger ond faster than everything on your list and will, i think eat everything but the pangasius!

The TSN will get big enough to eat everything else on your list. It is also going to grow so fast that it might eat the 3 listed above if you try to grow them together. If started out as adults the 3 above should be OK but the clown knife still might get eaten. In the end a TSN is going to be at least 3 feet and if it can be swollowed it will be.

as above, the ck, aro and pangasius will work.. given they reach their potential size, be ready for a 4x4x10 tank..
