TSN eats plastic plant, now what?

Last week just befor feeding I realized my TSN had eaten something. I made sure all tankmates were accounted for and they were. I dont really have many decorations in my tank other than a few rocks, so I came to the conclusion he must have eaten a piece of plastic plant. Its been days and he has not coughed it up or passed it. I wasn't sure if feeding would make things worse, so its been days since his last feeding. Should I just feed him and see what happens, or just wait to see if he coughs it up? This guy has done this befor, but it was 1 leaf, and he coughed it up in like 2 days. I think he got a whole stalk down this time!
 
I'd just feed like normal. You might want to start feeding more often or more quantity because if your TSN is eating plastic plants...I'm guessing hes pretty hungry.
 
My TSN ate a grape sized rock when he was around 7" I thought he was a goner for sure but a few months later I turned the light on and the rock was gone don't know how but he got rid of it
Just feed like normal and hope for the best
 
My 20 inch TSN once ate a floating thermometer that had come un-suctioned from the glass. First he swan around with it sideways like a prize. Before I got the net he turned it and had it haflway down his throat. I started chasing him with the net and he finally spat it out. I have pics at home and will post them tonight. crazy fish
 
Just feed it until it is VERY full, It should expel it back up. Just make sure to have a gravel vac ready a few hours from then and do a big water change.
 
Thanks guys for the input, I have been feeding him and sure enough I found the plant he ate floating at the top of the tank this morning :) I'm not sure which end it came out, but it's out! Oh, and I love the pic of your TSN with the thermometer in his mouth loganh83 thanks!

He barfed it up. Told ya he'd do it if you fed him enough. : )
