TSN growth rate

Hi. I have a 15cm TSN, eating very good and healthy. He´s now in the growing tank with my Retic Stingrays couple (young, same size as TSN). I would like to know if any of you can tell me the growth rate for them as im gonna build a big tank for my bigger rays in a couple of months and i want to know how long he´s gonna be in the growing tank cause he´s suppossed to live with the bigger rays once he get big enough for not being eaten by them. Is it possible to find a growth rate table or something like a growing timeline?.

OK...thats not fast.....in fact this is reaaaaaally slow !!!!
I´ll have to let him with the small rays for 10-12 months more. The bigger rays (mainly the male) will eat anything smaller than 20-25cm.
Still want a growing timeline ;)
 
I´ve read that a RTC grew 8" in two months, any reference like this one on TSN?
 
it all depends on when they get there growth spert. might be 18" in 1 year, or maybe more.
 
I have one that is actually out growing RTCxTSN Hybrids currently...but was half their size a month ago... Growth rates are different from cat to cat and they all have spurts at different times, Look for between 18-24" in the first year though.
 
I was about to ask the same question
Got 2 TSN in a tank with 2 gigas.
The gigas are growing fast, but the TSNs are slow growers, they hsve almost the same size (about 10 to 13 cm) and looks like they didn't change.
The tank is full of feeders to all.
 
you will need a 400 gallon in a year no less

this is a tankbuster and has proven to do so.

Its OK with me that they grow fast. Hes now 16,5cm wich is like 2-3cm/month. By the time he reaches the 30-40cm range i´ll move him to a 3500Lt (aprox.) tank. All i wanted to know is the real or estimated growth rate to calculate how long it´ll take to move him and how much time do i have to finish the tank.
