IMO and IME it's way too early to tell. Once he hits a foot or longer would be the time to try to refine the ID. Right now it looks like any other generic TSN baby for sale anywhere in the US.

With all TSN species the color is pretty much the same it's the pattern that differs and only slightly at best. Fasciatum is a very attractive TSN as an adult. Striking pattern. Very fun to raise one out and watch the pattern develop. imo one of the catfish who's patterns get better and better the bigger they are!!!
