Ok I am thinking of getting a TSN sometime soon and was wondering about a few things. I have a about 400gallon outdoor pond which is about 4' by 6' by like 20" can that fit 2 TSNs?
I am getting a heatter for the pond for the winter (it gets in the 30s where i live). What do you guys think?

Just go with 1 but even that would be cramping it and full length

i think no problem if two TSN. its very lonely if only one tsn.

Tsn's max out at 4 feet thats pretty cramped with just one

u cant make it a 6x6? heck if you want to get 2 get a 9x9... if u want a RTC make it a... getting carry away here lol my question what heater are you going to use? i need 4 300WATT heaters to keep mine to an all the time 75F. since it gets way colder there then where i am (Los Angles area) your going to need alot more WATT's then i do.

I doubt it will work without serious insulation and heating not to mention power bills. I'd say u spend 1500 this winter all together if u wanted to make it work (heaters, insulation, and power)

^^^i Agree your going to need 5 KILOWATTS at least. Witch would cost alot on bills... Not trying to burst your bubble man! Why don't u build a 12x12 and get some sturgeon? They get huge and sorta like cats u canpet them and stuff

I agree with others, the major problem here is how to heat the pond in the winter. If I was doing the pond, I'd want to go a bit bigger but I think the size is a secondary issue to how to heat it.

I guess i coud go bigger and get some natives. That might be cool.
Where can you get sturgeon? Waht other big fish that can survive the temps here can I get.
