TSN injured..plz help...

Doctor the tank with meds mine did the same thing. I use binox by jungle and has been the best med for my TSN but most people on here use melafix me personally dont like it and the **** stinks up the room and did nothing for my fish.

i wouldn't worry too much...these fish are indestructable. my TSN broke both of his pectoral fins and they looked gnarly. but he healed up fine and in the mean time he ate like crazy and it didn't seem to affect himi at all.
 
I wouldnt do anything either. The beak part of their nose is extremely resilient although it can sometimes deform permanently.

If it were serious I would net the fish out and drop some undiluted anti-fungal medication directly on the wound. Head down so none gets on gills and it should lightly stain the area. One or two drops directly on site is more effective than damaging biological filtration.

To sum up, I wouldnt worry and wouldnt feed till it gets better (its fat now) but those cichlids will disappear during the night sooner or later....
