TSN missing fins?

I noticed abt a month ago my 5" tsn was born with no pelvic fins( the pair of fins on the belly ), just has a stub on the left side. will they ever grow in? Will it effect his life,he still swims and eats great.

he should be fine like u said hes ben doing fine so hes good i think but just in case try to post pics

Our redtail has only one pelvic fin,which you would think may be worse as it would make him unbalanced,but he manages perfectly.As yours has never had any he has already adapted to life without them.Actually,unbalanced is probably the wrong phrase for redtail.Even with all fins they are still unbalanced if you know what i mean.
