I recently purchased a TSN he's about 4 inches and looks very healthy he's been in the tank about 4 days now, I threw a few feeders in with him thinking he would devour them in no time, but they swim right past him with no response?? Is this normal. Thank you for any replies.

You need to be patient. Most fish won't normally swooped down on their prey and your TSN just needs more time before it becomes completely accustomed to your tank.
