tsn size in captivity?

Hi guys,sorry if this has been asked a million times,but im looking for new tankmates for my rtg,and a tsn has been suggested and i have always wanted one,and ive seen one today for £20 about 10 inch long at my lfs,my tank at the mo is 6X2x2 but max size i will be upgrading to would be 8x2.5x2.5 would a tsn be ok in this or have you got any other suggestions?

3-4 Ft easily if kept properly.

30" is pretty easy in captivity. so a 30" tank just wouldn't doo for life. there has been a few 30"ers here for sale so its' easy to assume that they can do over 30" with easy. but most people don't keep them that long b/c they don't have the means to care for them.

Get a tigrinus. They grow to about 20". They pop up on aquarist classified now and then. Not the cheapest of fish but well worth it.
