ok im gonna build an indoor pond for my tsn cat, i was wondering what type (if any) of turtle can i put in with him also thinking about puttin a redtail cat in there?

you could always go frt but make sure the pond is big enough

the most common turtle in my area is the red ear slider......will these guys work in the same pond and i keep my temps around 78 is this to warm for turtles?

um that is fine for turtles but remember turtles need basking areas and uvb lighting along with heat lighting so the basking area is in the low 90s... 74 through about 80 is fine for a turtle...

good luck on your build :P

ive seen res with multiple rtc in ponds so i think ure good

As long as it doesn't fit in the TSN's mouth... Anything, and I mean anything, they can jam in there they do. I've heard of pottery shards, rocks, fake plants, thermometers, etc. and of course the fish you think could never be food is. Just last week I pulled a 12" fish out of my 22"er's mouth. These big cats win the chubby bunny contest every time.
