TSN wont eat :( please help

I got a 20 inch tsn about a week ago at my lfs, i guy dropped it off about an hour earlier and i have a 250 gal tank so i needed to bring it home lol they never had the chance to feed it and i never got to talk to the original owner so i have no clue what it was eating. i have a small clown knife and pacu in the same tank and was planning on not seeing them in the morning after the first night..but their still there. i tried shrimp (no luck) and hes to big for pellets..i was suggested beef heart but it was not at my local stop n shop so please help, hes become noticeably skinnier.

A week for a 20" is like you not have a snack between breakfast and lunch... it's a short amount of time for a fish that size... I've had my old ones go on hunger strikes for a month+ at a time, All you can do is just keep the water clean keep the lights low and keep trying to feed it... beleive me when I say it will come around!
 
Ditto the comments on here! Just provide as much filtration & keep the water as clean as possible.
They can go months without eating.
My Big Cats are only fed once a week, sometimes less.
