Order tsunami 350gallon tank (8ft x 3ft x 2ft) and was wondering- how many canisters would i need for this type of tank ?

Right for a start the amount of filtration aka your canister or sump is dependent on the stock relative to the aquarium if you were keeping 1 neon tetra in that size aquarium you would not need to filtrate it as if you have 3 bd rays.I would recommend using a sump on this size aquarium if you are stocking it with a heavy bio load.This is because it adds extra water volume to the aquarium aswell as this they are more customisable to your needs like modifiying the type of media like a wet dry or a k1 moving bed.This allows you to hold far more bacteria than most canisters.If you respond to this with more information I can guide you on the amount of canisters or as I would reccomend a sump.

considering their size its alright but as they grow I would go with a sump to handle the bioload and slightly cut down but its not to bad I've seen worse overstocking
