Top notch with awsome customer support. Just e-mail roger when something is broken and he sends you a replacement right away. Will always do business with them. The down side is pricey but totally with it IMO with the quality products they put out.
 
Tunze products are top notch and worth every penny. The Nanostreams move alot of water with very little wattage use.
