Turban Snail Issue

My Turban Snail is acting weird. He will sit at the bottom of the tank on the sand and barely move while occasionally peeking out of his shell. Can anyone advise?

Snails can be kinda sensitive to water conditions. Make sure you havent let any contaminants into the water, make sure you dechlorinated, and make sure the water is clean.
