turbo twist gph?

Whats a good powerhead to match upwith one of these? Someone told me for algae 300 gph, for parasites 200 gph, best of both worlds something in the middle?

It all depends on what unit you are going with. What size tank is it going on?

Its the 9w it would be going on a 125 gal.

I run my 3X/9w Coralife Turbotwist, via a prefiltered 175gph powerhead.
The outflow exits via spraybars which power bio-wheels modified on to AC110's.

At that flowrate any unwanted biologic is toast!
