Turkey baster to spot clean sand

I just used a turkey baster to siphon out my fish waste and maybe took out a glass full of water at that I have not seen anything about using this method to remove unbeaten food or debris on here

Good idea, I would be at it for a while with just a turkey baster...

Plus I usually clean my tank when i do water changes

ive always used a turkey baster since ive been in the hobby, i used it to spot feed frozen foods to fish to blasting pellets that get stuck on top of drift wood where my fish wont go to eat and other reasons but you get the idea of what it can be used for.

Oh duh I got the idea from a saltwater maintenance article yes I might have to get a thinner one I actually have a syringe that I feed to but it is not very long
