It's referred to as a turnover rate. This will be based on your stock. I had a 4x turnover on my 150 while my fish were growouts. Another factor would be the type of filtration. Gives us some details. a 4x turnover rate with a wetdry and a canister should suffice, but you don't want three HOB's or anything like that. You're going to need plenty of biofiltration.
That should be alright for your setup depending on your stock. You may want to consider adding a canister to polish the water as well. Something cheap like a sunsun would suffice.

The more, the better... Never try and stick with the bare minimum. After watching your fish, during the feedings, doing regular water changes, you will get a feel for how much is enough. Or not enough.
