Guys,

Im grabbing an Acrylic 72x24x30 next weekend. The trouble is that the backround is blue. I need it to be black. or at least not to be blue. Could I somehow tile it, or paint it? Of course it's the Acrylic itself that is blue, is there any safe way to perm. color the inside of the tank? Any ideas?

Thanks,
Chris

razor blade, scrap it off. and use latex paint if you can, it peels off if you ever want to change it. also did you mean the actually acylic panel is blue?

edit:damn its acrylic so im not sure how the blades gonna work on that.

Na, this is the color of the Acrylic itself. No way to remove the blue.

i guess tile would work, you could probably use silicon to hold them up, the silicon on acrylic wont hold more then a few pounds on tho. you could make a fo wall with spray foam.

personally im kinda partial to the stone tile idea, ive always though a marble background would look cool
