Turning a community fish into a glass banger

I have a large texas (red texas to be exact) that has been in a community tank since he was a fry. I'm looking for a solo glass banger fish for my kids and was thinking if I put him in a tank by himself would be turn into one? I know personality plays a huge role but I was wondering if anyone had any experiences like this.

Depends on his nature. If he's like a typical red devil/midas/midevil then put him in a 75-125 tank he will take care of the rest. Make sure the kiddo's know he has teeth.

I have a 10-11in female Tex/Festae who, back at 3ins, in a growout tank killed a male Jag, Convict and was in the process of taking out a Dempsey, Midevil and larger Oscar. She has lived alone ever since, currently in her own 120. Meanest, most aggressive fish I have ever owned. Smashes heaters, cant put a thermometer in tank. Yes, a glass banger.
 
Yes thnk the fsh you are talkng about will be a glass banger a long time from now. Wiith age, adapted, and confidence . Because their ancestors do
