Turnover rate?

What would be a good turnover rate for a 225 gallon tank that will have only an arowana and an ornate bichir?

it depends on the kind of filter, for HOB filters you want around 5x, less for canisters and others

from what i have read it should be from 4-10 on fresh water fish for saltwater it is 10 and more. the more the merrier that's what i know but don't over do because my logical answer is too much flow might get your fish dizzy.

15-20... I'm just getting back into fish keeping so i'm a bit rusty....
