I would greatly appreciate it if you helped me diagnose my fish. For some time now, two of my four turquoise rainbowfish has been swimming strangely, with their body at a roughly 30 degree angle above the normal, head over tail. In addition, they have some strange blue streakage originating at the end of their first dorsal fins. They have been like this for about two months now--I originally thought their ailment was some kind of temporary injury or behavior, as I do keep some fish that are know to be somewhat territorial with them--but their illness has not appeared to have gotten any worse nor has it spread to any other fish. My guess is some kind of swim bladder predicament, but I'm unsure because of the blue streakage.

The following video details my problem, and gives footage of the symptoms my rainbowfish are suffering:

Tank setup:

46 gallon (bowfront)
1 x AquaClear 70
1 x Top Fin 10

Tank inhabitants:

4 x Turquoise Rainbowfish (2 are ailing)
2 x Blue Ram Cichlids
1 x African Knifefish
1 x Elephant Nose
1 x Electric Yellow Cichlid (risky, I know, but I have yet to see it pick on anything)
1 x Saulosi (risky also, but hasn't been observed nipping either)
1 x Hoplo Cat
1 x Plecostomus
2 x Comet Goldfish (temporary, were added after the problem arose due to necessity)
1 x Red-Tailed Shark
1 x Yoyo Loach

(PS: It is overstocked, but the fish, besides these ailing rainbowfish, appear to be living happy lives.)

Additional facts:

I feed them flakes in the morning, and either bloodworms or brine shrimp at night. HOWEVER, since fish of the same species are not ailing I assume it is not a nutritional problem, although I could be wrong.

I do monthly water changes, but do not regularly check water, mostly due to financial issues. HOWEVER, since there are fish in there that are known to be more sensitive to water quality (ie elephant nose) I doubt it is a water quality problem.
