i see vids online with large turtles with arowanas.

what is the viability of this

how do i make this work?
put them both in with very young and dont feed the turtle live food?

i just wouldnt risk it with ur aro :)

Thats a PNT or fly river turtle. Alot of people in oz/asia use this mix with asians arowanas. PNT are fully aquatic so you do not need a bathing platform like other turtles. PNT will eat small fishes but your arowana (if it is not a juvie) should fine until the PNT reaches adulthood which I think it takes a few years in the aquarium anyways.

PNT are hard to find and expensive but I'm sure you are not concerned since you keep asian arowanas! PNT cost A$500 here.

Ive only kept a PNT once so I am not 100% sure if my advice is accurate so please feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

none of the links work, not really,FRTs only eat/attack the slow moving fish, arowanas are fine since there big and thick and pretty fast
