Turtle Burger Night

I took the week off to be with the kiddies this week while they're on spring break. Figured we have some fun with dinner since I was making it tonight, so we've all decided on turtle burger. Having made this this since the kids were all toddlers. If those unfamiliar, its hambuger with hot dogs for head, tails, and limbs, and bacon for shell pattern.

I'd try one....probably send my blood pressure into orbit but I'd try one.
 
Low fat =low flavor.
 
Wedged the behemouth burger between an onion roll and added some thick slices of avocado as well. Soooo goood!!!!

Have 3 left overs, so I'm thinking next time I'm going for a full heart attack version by adding a fried egg to it :drool:
