Turtle disease? help fast

I've looked online and cant seem to find out exactly what this is.

On its hands right by its claws and on its lip a redish brown almost wart or something. I need medication asap Im sure if any body could help it would be great, he cant even eat (or not well at least) at the moment

Being only a couple sores and not all over the place like septicemia, I would think it is a skin infection. If it is indeed an infection and you do not treat it, it will progress to septicemia.

Getting close to a softshells face is a bit of a stupid idea, but does it smell malodorous?

And as for his smell, he never did smell great lol, but he does smell worse now, tho the hand 'infections' have disappeared only on his mouth now
