Plz can someone shed some light on my current situation

i own 2 yellow bellied slider turtles and was wondering how i would tell what sex / gender they are

aswell as that i was wondering what other foods I could give my turtles I give them mainly turtle pellets aswell as apples and as a treat slices of wafer thin ham wich they adore but what else could i give them as a treat wich they could eat from my hand ( they eat apple and ham from my hand) but im not sure...
:help2:

first off, ham isn't very healthy for them.
male turtles will have noticeably longer front claws and longer thicker tails.
females in general will be bigger than the males
good treats would be small pieces of raw seafood, like shrip or tilapia fillets, most turtles also love earthworms

how do you want us to sex your turtles without pics?

krill makes a good treat but id stick with the pellets as much as possible. just vary the pellets.

EDIT: my physic abililties just kicked in. you have two female turtles.

They asked how to sex the sliders, not for us to do it for them
