Some one brought in a trio of turtles (1.2) into the shop where I work as "painted turtles". They're actually maps. I'm thinking false maps (G. pseudogeographica). What are your professional opinions?
here are some pics of the carapace, plastron, and head (they're cell phone pics, so they aren't that great)

I looked at pictures of Miss. maps and their yellow head patches come forward around the eyes instead of stopping behind them like these guys. That's what led me to thinking they're false maps.

I've been thinking about getting another turtle. I definitely don't have room for all three of these, but the male is pretty close in size to my male slider and cooter, so I'm kind of thinking about getting him.

Thouse are defenetly false maps Graptemys pseudogeografica pseudogeografica :D Got 3.1 of thouse
