I AM LOOKING FOR A AQUATIC TURTLE THAT CAN GO IN MY 440 GALLON FISH TANK WITH TWO AROWANAS THREE PBASS AND A CATFISH AND LEAVE THEM ALONE AND NOT EAT THEM I WOULD REALY LIKE A VEGATARIAN TURTLE

See the first problem is you want to mix them with fish. It's always iffy mixing fish and turtles. Someone usually ends up nipped. Anyways, unless you plan on adding a spot to get out of the water, most turtles are out of the question. The only turtle that would survive fully in water and only need to come out to lay eggs would be a Fly River Turtle or FRT. And there are a lot of regulations on keeping them so do some research.

I agree, and FRT are pretty hard to find.I have heard matamatas work sometimes, though you would have to do major water changes.

Yeah,I guess your right.Just throwing out suggestions.

If you provide a good sized basking site you could try some type of cooter. They're primarily vegetarians but they do get quite big.
