Turtle Upgrade

So I've known for a while that my turtle setup was getting a little small and it looks like I wont have the space or money for a completely new setup in the immediate future, but thanks to some inspiration from a few other turtle keepers and some extra materials I've come across, they are getting an addition. I had a 29 that I accidently broke the end out of, but saved for some reason, and now I figured out why. They are currently in a 55 gallon with around 30 gallons of water, but now they will have an elevated 30X12 basking platform and the whole 55 gallons to swim in.

My only problem now is constructing the ramp from the 55 to the 29. Any ideas?

The tank houses both my slider and cooter. I luckily both ended up with both being male, so while they wont be small turtles, they wont be giants either-though I would still like to get them into something bigger than 12" wide before they get much bigger.

When space permits, the next upgrade will probably be a 300 gallon stock tank with a 50-100 g sump.
