my frien got this musk turtle (i think) and its skin kinda peels it turns white and comes off...how can this be fixed?

Just so you know turtles do shed small pieces of their skin from time to time. Do you have any pics of the turtle?

Its just shedding its skin, you don't need to fix it at all.
