you don't have to follow the values i suggest. in fact i often play around with the values to see which give me the most natural looking mark.
Make sure you save your watermark as a PSD file so you don't have to do this all the time. in future, just open the file and duplicate your WM. alternatively, you can save the process as an action. one way or the other though, i'd still save it on a hard drive.
