TV tanks

Has anybody ever gutted a TV and turned it into a fish aquarium. I have a broken 20" flat screen tube television that I will most likely throw away. However if I could turn it into an aquarium that would be awesome.

I don't know maybe I am just trying to find an excuse to acquire another tank.

he doest even have to take off the screen of the tv just put glass over it, sillicone, done with extra protection?

Is this a fish tank built inside of a monitor... or a monitor casing placed aroudn an aquarium...

I suspect the later...


I'm on a Dart Frog Forum (dendroboard.com) and follwed a thread where someone turned one into a "vivarium", in other words a planted humid environment...

But making one to hold the weight and pressure of water is a whole different story...

i saw a Ford KA at London Aquarium several years ago, they had totally gutted the interior and made it into a cold water setup, looked good
