Maybe for a aro that maybe crazy but in the snake world i've seen a few, also a lot in the cow world go to any roadside carnival they always have a double headed something

Double-headed fish and reptiles aren't uncommon; but I've never seen a functioning head hanging off the lower part of the fish's body, with only a thin thing of flesh and skin connecting the two.
