Two (2) FX6 on 125 Gallon

Hey Yall,

just a question should I run 2 fx6 on a 126 Gallon? Overkill?
What's inside the tank

-17 inch Black Aro,
10 inch Silver Aro,

3 4inch Silver Datnoid
3 2 inch Clown Loaches
4inch Archer Fish
and 2 convicts.


Let me know if im overkilling it.
Planning to get a stingray..

No such thing are overkill. A pair of FX6s should be fine on a 125g. Just don't slack on water changes, especially when the ray comes.

The filtration plan is good. You need to be making plans on where the Aros are going.

I found that with a high bio load I was cleaning the fx5s way to much and shouldn't have been lost a set of rays to this now I clean one every three months. with 2-3 water changes every week.
