This is by far probably one of the most hardest and crappiest decisions I've had to make my entire life... But I can't afford to keep my Pacu's anymore. The heating costs in my freezer garage is killing me and is unaffordable. So I've decided to break down my 600 gallon fiberglass stock tank and let go some of my bigger fish... I had hoped to get a bigger acrylic tank by now but at this point it's not gonna happen for a long while.
I've had my Black Pacu's for over 3 years since they were babies. Eyeballed they look 24"+, but might be bigger. They need to goto a good home, with at least a 600+ gallon tank or if you want I may consider selling my fiberglass tank along with my Pacu's as a package and they must absolutely go together no exceptions. I also have a 16" Tiger Shovelnose Catfish, two 6" Jack Dempsey's and two 12" common plecostomus all free to good homes.
I don't have pics of the pleco's or catfish but the below pic of the pacu's is about 9 months old. They relatively look the same but maybe slightly larger now. You can also see the JD's if you look close enough.
