I have a 2 & 1/2 year old retic male between 7-10 inches in disk, nice and fat with awesome markings. One of the best retics I've seen. I'm not sure yet but thinking about selling him. How much is this guy worth? Like I said not ready to let him go just yet but please give me some idea how a adult retic gose for. I see these guy sell as bups but what about a adult? Thank you!

When I said a ray like this was a retic in another id thread people said it wasn't a retic

I'm fairly sure it is

I would say $80-100 tops

New born pups sell between $85- 95. This is a large ray, he has to be more than just common selling price. You can find a motoro easily and they are easier to care for, you still see them go between $120-160 some times 180 for pups.
 
I've seen adults bigger then him go for 150$ and sit for weeks at the lfs... some of them mature females.

Different location different prices

You pay $95 we pay £28-35

Not much demand for them as most buy them as a starter ray probably like you did and everyone wants them small to start

Not many breeders want them as there is no money in selling pups

hmmm I wish rays were cheap here for a retic that size in aus I would have to pay around 1000
