  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I didnt want to start the tank size debate, though i and many others feel 240 long with great filtration is fine for a black. I was looking for input about compatibility ,that's the tank i have you are certainly entitled to your opinion.

240 for a single may be ok up to 30 inches or so. Two 30" aros in a 24" wide tank. I would think not. I've got two 24-25" in a 180g and IMO this and the 240g will not adiquately house two large arowana.

2 is not a good 'comm' number...

i read in MFK that '5' is the magic number :) well imo u should add at least 3...

The tank is too small for two, three would be a disaster. There are plenty of people who have kept two.

although less , much less, than silvers, 2 blacks will get on each others nerves. Throw in a like sized silver or 2. It will work.
