I have Two clown knife, I bought them at the same size and I think they are Brothers/Sisters... But its 2months now and they are not in the same size... One is way bigger than the other... almost half the size... Does it mean they are not the same gender? I mean, is the larger CK is a female and the other is male?

i kno how you feel i bout to now one is like 12" and the other is like 7" but i dont know if its a gender thing

Well actually Food is not the problem coz I asure that they both eat well... All I can see is that the larger one always pick a fight with the small one... is that a possible cause?

one will eat more thats for sure... the sizing wont help you in sexing them ... its most likely a dominance thing and one has claimed the tank.

The larger of the two is the dominate one. It eats more and ensures it's dominance by keeping the smaller one in check. If they are fighting now, it may not stop. You will probably have to separate them. Keeping a pair of CKs is usually a hit or miss thing.

Clown Knives average 18"-24" in aquariums, but wild have grown to an average of 36"-39"

That's what I'm thinking... As of now they are in the opposite side of the tank... I put a new hiding place at the other side for the smaller one... I'll keep an eye on then... I,m planning to clean my tank tomorrow, as in whole tank... I'll put them on the other tank(all of them) and 100% clean my tank... any advice?

If you're thinking of redoing everything, that's fine. It might work out, but it might now again. If you're planning on doing a 100% water change, you may need to re-cycle the tank. Just do a 75% water change.
