two deaths in one week?

wtf lost two of my biggest silver aros this week (both 12") iono what it is. first one started to throw up his food and went vertical, second one, well my sister found it dead just now(i am at school). my pride and joy are gone, iono what to do now, im losing faith in this hobby

water parameters are always good too, nitrate 5ppm ammonia 0 and nitrate 0. temp is constant at 80 Fahrenheit diet of superworms, tilapia and massivore (finally got them to eat em a couple weeks ago)

Did you feed anything sharp? Specifically, shrimp with the tail still attached? I lost an arowana that way...
