I have a small tea cup sting ray, 3 inches acroos and 5 inches long. My Girlfriend just picked up two Med sized discus for free do you think they can go in the sting ray tank (65). water parameters are good for the discus all i have to do is turn up the temp just a bit.
It is a fairly tall tank
Any ideas would be much apreciated

Ide say no just because you arent going to be keeping the ray in there long anyway before it outgrows it. Wait a few weeks or months till it outgrows it then just discus in there.

I have seen tons of people keep rays and discus together, but you will need a bigger tank soon. I have one ray in a 120 and I already need a bigger tank! It is def. something to think about.

Temporarily with enough attention it will be fine. I've never seen a discus that will bother a ray and vice versa. Keep up on maintenance and all will be well. Be sure to acclimate the discus slowly

I disagree my Discus bothered my rays to death but it was my fault as well. My discus liked sinking food and i always landed on the backs of my rays. the discus picking at the food caused sores on there backs. eventually they picked at the sores, stressing out my rays to death, i was just new to rays then nd since then i have never kept them to gether again.

yeah can def do teacups and discus my old work had them all the time..
