I'm getting a breeding pair of dempseys this weekend. They already have fry in with them already so I wouldn't be doing this for a while, if at all! But can I have two females & one male & him breed with both???

Yes its called a breeding trio .

I've seen most in pairs only and never seen an actual breeding trio, have seen the pair murder anything else in the tank though.

I would think one buys a trio to have an extra just in case.

I dont think it would work. But i have a male con before that spawned with two females at either side of the tank. He kept on swimming back and forth. I think he got confused cause the next morning i found the other female belly up with her eyes eaten out.
