Is it safe to put 2 4 to 5 inch Mbus in 1 tank?

Puffers getting along is very iffy. Especially since a single mbu will require ~1000g. What kind of plans o you have for a monster tank for 2?

I plan to grow out the two and once both reach around 12 inches, sell the other one.

my male beats up the female so i had to egg create them apart from each other but im about to put both into my 8footer 240gal and see if they will still fight with that much space if so ya will have to sell one off , only bought 2 cause the guy would only gimme a smokin deal if i bought both i love the 2 of them i dont know how to choose which one to sell

It is extremely difficult to sell a large fish that requires such massive housing. Or even worse, it will be housed improperly & live a miserable life. Please reconsider what you are planning.

Thanks for your concern, Pufferpunk. Rest assured that the one I will be selling will be going to a very nice and comfortable home. I have friends who have large tanks who are very much interested. The problem is, I might have a hard time letting go of one.
