Two New Blue Gills

I just got two blue gills for my tank.

They are very cool looking. I put them in last night and they are doing okay. I need to get them eating now that they have had a night to chill out.

Anyone else ever keep blue gills before? If so post up some pics. I'll get some pics tonight!!
 
mine went right to prepared foods. imo they are very easy to get them eating preped foods.
 
Cool...If they were as easy as the pumpkin seeds that should be nice.
 
Mine ate anything I put in the tank. He had a great appetite!

I have 5 pumpkin seeds. They are very fond of blood werms, plankton, soft and meaty pelots, and chiken and turky.
 
I used to Catch them in my pond. And I kept them for a few weeks and let them go. Feed them Crickets. LIVE foods. But they LOVE crickets
 
I got some pics but they suck. I'll get them tonight if I remember. My camera is not that great. I'll try to get a better pick tonight and post it up.

They have not started eating yet......well not entirely. They are eating scraps floating around after the bass and sunfish eat. they are just pretty shy still and wont come out and eat with the gang.
