Two New Girls

After school last Thursday, my dad took me to my uncle's petshop. I went in and checked out all the new fish he had in. As he promised, there was a whole shelf of female bettas, and of them two particular little girls caught my eye. You know, it's really uncommon to find female bettas around the LA area. And both are plakats and mustard gases too! I could not pass up this chance. So, I took both of them home with me.

Here is Laguna. She is a Mustard Gas Plakat:

I named her Laguna because her coloration is like the sunset on Laguna Beach.

And here's Crystal. She is a Blue Mustard Gas:

Thanks. Me too. Of my 14 bettas, 11 are girls and the other 3 are boys. I have 3 reasons why I like them better:
1) They can be kept in sororities.
2) They are WAY more active than males.
3) They are more beautiful than males IMO.
