My lightning schedule is currently set from 1pm to 9pm from which first hour is set for sunrise and last hour for sunset - which seems feels good to my.
But I would like to set lightning schedule so I could feed and watch my fishes in morning and as well in evening which means it should be set in two period with dark (daylight from room) in between - for example from 6am to 8am and from 3pm to 9pm.
Does someone have any experience with two period lightning of planted aquarium? What is your opinion, would be that ok for plants? Any guidelines? Thanks in advance.

Did that for a while, probably only one hour for morning and it was fine. Plants were swords, crypt, green tiger lotus and anubias but nothing fancy.

I only have Valisneria Natans. Thanks for sharing your experience - I set to 3 hours in morning and 5 in evening from which sunset and sunrise is taking 2 hours in total. Will report the result after a month or so.
