first up I have a baby pbass about 1" was wondering how much to feed and how often? his appetite is insatiable when food he likes is put in the tank.
second question Im gonna buy a house within a year and I was planing on making some custom built tanks. how big should I make the one that will eventualy house the p bass in adulthood?

depending on your buget i would put in a 1000+ gallon tank, that would look really good, may cost a lot but you could house a couple of pbass for life

I'd find the house first if you're going to go really big. The floor may not support it or the walls may be too short between doors.

If you repost in the peacock bass section use a better title like _ tank size for pbass?_

If you just want a specimen show fish a 240g 8'X 2' x2' would do.

food? Whatever the little thing will eat. If you could get it eating pelleted food you'd save a mint in fish food.

you should have the width more that 2' that only gives the fish like 2' to true around. i would stay get a 8'l x 4'w x 2't that gives you about 475 gallons

how much should he be feed he eats frozen krill thats cheapest food could get him to eat.
and as far as structural support 99% of houses out here in arizona dont have basements so thats all good. 500gal would be good? what about a couple of bass. i was thinkin of getting another one

2 pbass would be fine in a 500gal. try to get him on pellets it will save you losts of money in the future

500g would be great, and yeah you could probably throw one or two more in with them. Try to get them on pellets early around 3-4" or so.
