how many types of the common rays are there for freshwater and can ya gimmi the prices for them? lookin forward to getting one in the later future

For some species of freshwater rays that are common are leopaldi, motoro, marble motoro, pearls, henlei and of course there are hybrids...There other fw rays like black diamonds, flowers..

Black rays for the most part are going to start around 800 and up, as for brown rays I would say 80 and up...

Freshwater rays are illegal in TX so you will need to look at keeping saltwater if you want one.

Yellow rays for saltwater are the way I would go. They don't get as big as most fresh, not bad lookin, and some people are even breeding them.

they are quite pricey ehh!! hahah. i seen the illegal parts, but i seen some large freshwater stingrays at a lfs in houston which caught my attention in doing homework for the caring

They are an eye catcher.
While you are at it, you may want to find out how much the fine is if you get caught with it.
Not being rude, but we do not condone illeagal saling or owning on this site.
All that does it make it harder for importing and people who have rays.

The ones you saw in the lfs are not true freshwater rays but are commonly sold as such. I know I saw them too
